Sam Faduski, Esq.

Sam Faduski is a dedicated public interest attorney whose career is built on protecting children and vulnerable populations. They are a staff attorney at CHILD USA. 

Prior to joining Child USA Sam worked for the Erie County Department of Social Services, prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases as a trial attorney and arguing appeals before New York State’s Appellate Division, Fourth Department. They also have experience in civil legal services, where they did both direct services work and policy advocacy at a state and federal level. 

Sam is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s dual JD/MSW program, and is licensed to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania. They currently serve on the board of the Public Utility Law Project of New York.
