The Leadership Council for Child Abuse and Interpersonal Violence and CHILD USA partnered to file an amicus brief on behalf of a mother to request that the Court vacate the Amended Supplemental Final Judgement on Supplemental Petition to Mddify Parental Responsibility, Timesharing, Child Support and Other Relife in its entirety. Issues include whether the parental alientation theory has been discredited, and whether application of the parental alientation theory causes harm to children in custody litigation.
