CHILD USA, together with the National Center on Sexual Exploitation drafted this amicus brief in support of the State of Nevada’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction and arguing that Meta is not entitled to immunity from liability for claims arising from their decision to default all messaging to encryption, including on minors’ accounts, under Section 230 of the CDA.
